EDIT: watched it, and yep, it&#039;s not worth watching.

Why are BJJ guys so obsessed with trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to basic strength training?  Why do you believe it&#039;s so different from literally every other sport in existence which has utilized and proven out the big five lifts as the primary bedrock of strength training?

Perhaps it&#039;s because we have weight classes like 125 pounds which encourage grown adults to remain the size of a small teenager for their entire lives.]]></description>
