Or just stick with my preferred side?&lt;br /&gt;2) Are there more details about threshold training? I don&#039;t have an airdyne or prowler at my gym so some more options would be useful&lt;br /&gt;3) I can&#039;t find anything on the Daru Press, could you go through that please?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once again, loving the program!]]></description>
