Usually AJ at least makes me laugh a little with his weird attempts at picking instagram fights between silver medaling not-really-important competitions, but man, you have to try harder than that. Even if it were true (and he brings no proof whatsoever), we all know nearly every top bjj athlete does PEDs since there's no serious testing, you're not exactly breaking out news here.

I will only call a bjj competitor a cheater the day they start being tested. Until then it isn't illegal. That being said, there's nothing about Cobrinha's physique that suggest he takes PEDs.

Lol, Doping hypocrisy in BJJ is as real as in Bodybuilding. Just make doping of any kind legal and let the athletes themselves decide if they want to shorten their lifespan for the BJJ fame. Easy and effective.

I have known plenty of PED users, and Cobrinha is NOT one of them. I trained under Cobrinha for years in Atlanta, and socialized with him on numerous occasions. He does not drink, and I do not recall him ever eating junk, even at holiday parties. There are people who simply dedicate their lives (on and off season) to the sport they love and physical fitness. It's reckless and irresponsible for AJ to say otherwise. Talk to anyone that has known Cobrinha for years, or better yet, look at old pictures of him. It's tough to eat well and workout properly for the overwhelming majority of your life. Most people are not that dedicated, and most people do not look like Cobrinha at 39, or Royler at 53, or Jacare Cavalcanti at 66.
