To stop stalling you have to take away Points not give disadvantages. 1 warning then minus 1 point, second offense is 2 points, 3rd offense is 3 points etc. And yes that means going into the negative if necessary. Or take away 2 points per offense so it's the same as a sweep. Any thoughts?

In fact the evolution is already here, United world wrestling is already doing grappling tournaments. Where all inversions are considered 2 points, and pulling guard is considered takedown for the opponent. Plus 10 seconds stalling warning equals 1 point for opponent.

They should apply the 3 seconds rule to the grips in order to pull guard. That alone would do it.
