I just like to feed their lapel while they're setting it all the way up so I'm ready to pass it to my other hand by the time they are done setting up the full worm grip. Where I have the most trouble with worm guard is where they just have the lapel in between your legs, almost a half-worm set up. Its very difficult to defend oma plata.
