Things like these are why I think you don't really deserve a belt unless you can enter a tournament and defeat over half the people at the lower belt in that tournament. So for black you'd need to be able to defeat half the brown belts in any random tournament. Maybe he's capable of that though

The elected president was our only and last hope to get rid or the gang that controlled Brazil for almost 20 years. As anyone who speaks the truth, his detractors begin name calling him "nazi", "racist", "sexist" and so on. The Gracies are NOT stupid, we Brazilians fought so hard to get him elected despite all the lies the media were spreading about him, Gracies are honouring him with a black belt that doesnt represent knowledge in brazillian jiujitsu itself, but all that it stands for, such as honor, honesty, discipline.
