Allthough I’m a fan of AJ and I can appreciate and admit the dominance that Gordon has done on the black belt level in the short period of time this prodigy and elite athlete has accomplished in so very little time it’s sad to see that these two guys are what 90% of the Jiu-Jitsu community look up to. A mediocre top level bjj guy in AJ (a 31 yr old man mind you) constantly trashing guys who are levels more skillful then him, yet he can’t seem to really dominate his matches. And Gordon, your typical adhd ridden, drug abusing, millennial who has had every opportunity in life given to him for him to hone his skill level (wealthy family willing to pay for all his training, personalized 1 on 1 Jiu-Jitsu tutoring and training under the top guys and top team and yet he still acts like a unappreciative douchebag. How does Renzo and Danaher allow such an ego at there school? And worst of all are the young kids and adults who look up to Gordon willing to pay to go to his seminars. Martial arts is about respect and yet this guy is the poster child right now of the gentle art?
