Hahahaha that ending man, a few minutes before class I was looking at a video to do the tornado from the guard to take the back, but I forgot the grips I spin and the guy sat right in my chest stomach area and it hurt really really bad I could not breath or at least it felt like it. Lesson learned never watch a video with out working the kinks out first.
