I can’t say enough about how awesome the Costa Rica BJJ retreat was this past week, nor can I express enough gratitude for all the wonderful people who came out to support the event and the Hero Kids organization. The retreat was a blast. The beaches, activities, and the food were all spectacular. And the good vibes were unparalleled. Captain Ron @herobjjretreats and @jcourt003 are doing some incredible work for the kids in Costa Rica. If you ever get a chance to attend one of these retreats, whether as a participant or as an instructor, I strongly recommend it.
