I’m a little sad that I won’t be able to defend my double gold title @ibjjf Master Worlds this year. It’s such a fun tournament to participate in. Always lots of good vibes at Master Worlds. BUT, I AM super excited to fly out to London for the @rawgrapplingchampionship 8-Man Nogi Grand Prix, after which I start my highly anticipated European seminar tour.
