People always ask me what are some of the ways I continue to improve. I always tell them “active drilling”. Here I am with one of my talented blue belts @jjmoreta_bjj, exchanging positions back and forth. When rolling with a lower belt I’m constantly playing with new positions and sometimes they land me in bad spots but that’s one of the ways my Jiu jitsu continues to improve. If I were only to stick with my “A game” then I will never grow beyond those techniques.
