We dont know what indifferences they had most are leaning towards an assault on a female or rape of a family member that being said I had a friend whose girl had been sexually assaulted and the outcome was just like this the dude had it coming bet most of us would do the same if that were the case.

There's a few ways to better help ppl in these situations… When going anywhere, specifically places that mix ppl and alcohol (clubs, bars, etc), go w ppl you trust – friends and family – refrain from traveling alone. Also, when in crowded areas you need to constantly be paying attention to ppl and movement around you to at least give yourself a chance at spotting a sneak attack. The man that sucker punched him cocked his fist back before swinging away. Had the victim caught a glimpse in advance it may have been just enough time to duck, dodge or react and possibly even avoid that onslaught.

@ASPJohn: It's shocking that the two employees also didn't intervene in any manner & just watched. I believe this leaves the establishment liable for the assault happening. Thank you for sharing.
