<p>There are some technical difficulties with the timer at 18:17 (second half of workout) but we improvise.</p>
<p>This workout is intense. Please be cautious and don&#8217;t over exert yourself. Always use proper form and modify exercises to make them easier if or when appropriate. When this program is done properly you can achieve a very high level of physical fitness. HIIT will increase strength, speed and stamina and even burns calories post workout.</p>
