<p>In today&#8217;s video I finally answer a question that I&#8217;ve been asked tons of times over the years. And that question is about how to do BJJ if you have a rib injury. I never had a good answer for rib injuries because it&#8217;s not something I had much experience with as a coach or an athlete. </p>
<p>Well, over the past 2 years 1 of my Black Belts experienced an issue with a rib injury. And, he found away to work around it using 2 methods which I talk about in the video. And, surprisingly, after it was all said and done, he&#8217;s actually far better at Jiu-jitsu than he was before. </p>
<p>So, if you&#8217;re dealing with a rib injury then I hope this video is useful to you!<br />

<p>Rib injuries are one of the toughest and most difficult injuries to recover from. </p>
<p>The ribs are effected by and also impact so many other areas of the body and the lack of mobility and strength in this area can really limit performance and can lead to future injuries. </p>
<p>In this video, I take you through one of my favorite and in my opinion an extremely beneficial and effective exercise sequence to help with improving movement and strength. </p>
<p>This is a solid technique for a warm-up exercise or a rehab technique.</p>
<p>2-3 sets of 10 repetitions</p>
