Th Easiest Way To Tape An Injured Finger #shorts

This is one of the easiest ways to tape an injured finger for BJJ.

This style of taping is used to support, stabilize, and help protect the finger while allowing for good range of motion which has allowed me to train both Gi and No-Gi without worry and with the ability to grip.

A brown belt from derby city (Well a black belt now! (Just got it yesterday before I made the video haha) use to hit this on me a lot. Not just me. Almost everyone I saw him roll with.

It’s a great setup and it’s really easy to do. I’ve been playing around with it for about 4 months now and I love it. Hopefully you can get some use out of it as well.

My Blue Belt Game Changing Technique

When I was a 3 striped blue belt my dad drove me down to train with Shawn Hammonds. While I was there Shawn made me drill this technique 500 times. No joke.

When I came back home to Chewy’s I was a back taking machine. I have been using this ever since. If you are a higher belt this technique won’t seem like much. But to a lower belt it is definitely a game changer.
