A few weeks ago, we met young Will and found out that he signed up for 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu classes because his new step brother had just started last Thanksgiving and was showing off his new skill. And Will is in training to take him down.

This alone is hilarious enough, and the best reason I’ve ever heard to start training ! ?

But we decided to ham it up and do a little Kill Bill Pai Mei Rocky mashup, starring my son Keller as Pai Mei.

There’s no jiu jitsu in this one, but I loved it. Hope yall do, too!

CJJ Worlds is approaching quickly, and on November 23 we will crown a new Middleweight Champion!

As we prepare for the big event on UFC Fight Pass, let’s take a look at one of the favorites to push through his side of the bracket, Dan Martinez.

In this video, Brandon Mccaghren breaks down and analyzes his beautiful Heel Hook entry finish against Sergio Rios at EBI 17. This was an opening round bout in a 16 man Combat Jiu Jitsu bracket.

Martinez is a Black Belt from the Tampa, Florida area and he went all the way to the Semi Finals at EBI 17. We expect another big performance from him on November 23 in Monterrey, Mexico exclusively on UFC Fight Pass!

Usually when I’m in LA for a traincation, I like to slide over to 10th Planet West LA and train with Einstein during the day. We did that every day, but what we didn’t count on was showing up for strength and conditioning. It worked out like a perfect setup, as if Einstein and I had walked them into an ultra grueling workout without their knowledge, but it turns out we just didn’t know it was S&C day ? just keep your eyes on my man Brett. So good!

I had the opportunity to work with the 5 time World Champion Bernardo Faria this weekend in Boston, MA. Just got finished filming a new Rubber Guard set for BJJ Fanatics, and to film some material for Bernardo’s new website.

It was an incredible and surreal experience to be able to get on the mats with him and show him such an important part of my game and to have him take such genuine interest in it.
