Man, I love this throw! It’s very easy to hit on people. It takes little practice to get really good at it.

Most of the time people look for having an underhook when wrestling. I actually prefer the overhook just because of this throw.

You can get some serious air time with this throw! One thing is for sure… if you land this thing in competition you’ll have yourself a nice highlight reel takedown.

This leglock set up is amazing. I’ve been playing with it for a few months now and I’ve been getting all kinds of taps.

Not many people have seen this setup and it is insanity deceiving and tricky. Once you figure this thing out you will have everyone scared to enter your guard.

A New Way to hit the Darce Choke

A new way to hit the Darce choke! As in new to most of you. This grip has been around for awhile most just don’t know about it.

If you have short arms or a jacked up wrist like me this should fit perfectly in your game. Sometimes on bigger guys I prefer this grip. It is easier to hold on to and hard for them to use their shoulders to break out. Just don’t let go!
