Just sharing a little rolling from one of our No Gi BJJ classes with ADAM!

Behind the usual. . . “Adam” that you see in the BJJ technique videos is a dedicated Brazilian Jiujitsu practitioners and training partner. Adam has been one of my best BJJ training partners for years!

In this video I was training with him and at the end we were looking at some of the problems he was experiencing. And I tried to help him break those down.

Mainly at the end we tried to break down his Reverse Half Guard position. He tried it on me during training and I countered him and so I wanted to give him an idea of how it work.

As you’ll see in the video. The Reverse Half Guard is one of my favorite positions. It’s incredibly strong and great for setting up Kimuras and Armlocks.

I hope you enjoy the rolling, silly stuff in between and the Reverse Half Guard Tips at the end.
