This is a vlog from my recent BJJ training vacation trip to Costa Rica.

Along with Brazilian Jiu-jitsu we did a lot of things on the vacation like surfing, zip lining, trying different restaurants and we also did a big sunset cruise on a boat.

I of course had to take a bit of time to do a little BJJ on a boat. I answered a question about a choke from Back Mount.

Along with this I show some clips from the trip and time we spent hanging out together at a block party in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

And it’s always a blast. Along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training we surf, enjoy the beach and try to take in as much of Costa Rica as possible.

This year we were in Tamarindo and had an absolute blast.

This Vlog is a short grouping of clips from our first day in Tamarindo.

You’ll see a mixture of us hanging out in the city, by the pool , grabbing some smoothies and you’ll of course see some Bjj training.

During the Bjj training section you’ll get to see my coach Shawn Hammonds show a slick foot sweep.

Afterwards you’ll see me rolling with my friends.

In this video I sit down with my Brown Belt Justin to talk about out yearly Pura Vida BJ and Surfing retreat in Costa Rica. It’s an amazing BJJ and Surfing vacation.

This year it will be in Tamarindo. Which is a new location. We’re all looking forward to it.

Last year I had several people join us on the Costa Rica vacation and we had a blast. And so I wanted to open the invitation to you guys in case you were interested in joining us for a one of a kind Brazilian Jiujitsu vacation.
