The Collar Sleeve Omoplata threat is one of the most foundational attacks in all of jiu jitsu. It’s very easy to establish collar sleeve control on your opponent and once you have those grip the omoplata threat will make your opponent expose so many other openings, DLR, Matrix, Triangle, and more. This video I show a simple system to apply this technique and include plenty of narrated sparring in the end to show it in action.
