<p>This video is all about how to set up some dominant controls from side control, minimize the ability for the opponent to escape and create some submission opportunities that are extremely hard to defend. Eli Knight of Knight Jiu-Jitsu shows a strong lapel control that leads to a variety of chokes, and Jared Jessup of IQ Jiu-Jitsu shows how to set up a high percentage arm lock that can be done with or without the use of the gi.<br />
