<p>This is a technique breakdown on setting up the Omoplata. It is one the most versatile and effective submissions in Jiu Jitsu. It is very effective vs larger opponents and very easy to hit from multiple guard types. In this video I talk a lot about the importance of getting pressure on the elbow to either submit or force your opponent to turn his elbow in exposing the Omoplata.
