<p>In today&#8217;s video I answer a question from someone who was trying to light roll and it went wrong for him. Basically he said he was trying to go a little easier and ended up getting into a tough roll with someone who didn&#8217;t go at the same pace as him. </p>
<p>After the roll he was both frustrated by the situation and upset with himself for getting angry. In this video I share some ideas on choosing training partner for rolling in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and also some of my own experiences of trying to go light, but getting rough rolled. </p>
