<p>We&#8217;ll start with a basic forward fold, which is great for improving flexibility in your hamstrings and lower back. To begin, stand tall on your yoga mat with your feet hip-width apart. Reach forward and grab the top of one foot with both hands. Then slowly bend forward at the hips until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your legs and spine. You can either keep the knee straight or slightly bent to get a deeper stretch. Hold this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute before slowly releasing back up to standing position.</p>
