A very common theme of questions that both Jared Jessup and I get asked in classes and online is that of grips: what type of grips, as well as how and when to use them. So to make this potentially large topic more digestible, we focus in this video on no gi gripping types and applications, which can apply best to no gi grappling, MMA, wrestling, self defense and several other endeavors.

Mentioned in this video:
– Thumb vs Thumbless Grip Usage
– Gable Grip
– S-Grip
– Guillotine Grip
– 3 Finger Grip

I hope you like these and pick up some details. Thank you very much for watching. Please check out the awesome things that Professor Jared Jessup is doing and be on the lookout for more videos with me and him.
