And it’s always a blast. Along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training we surf, enjoy the beach and try to take in as much of Costa Rica as possible.

This year we were in Tamarindo and had an absolute blast.

This Vlog is a short grouping of clips from our first day in Tamarindo.

You’ll see a mixture of us hanging out in the city, by the pool , grabbing some smoothies and you’ll of course see some Bjj training.

During the Bjj training section you’ll get to see my coach Shawn Hammonds show a slick foot sweep.

Afterwards you’ll see me rolling with my friends.

It was a great trip and I hope you enjoy the video that came from it.

We’ll have another vlog this week when we did more Brazilian Jiujitsu and some fun on a boat cruise.
