Lee King is one of my first students and the current Head Instructor of Hold Fast Jiu-Jitsu in Southern Pines, N.C.

He began training with me in 2007 and I awarded him his Blue, Purple, and Brown Belts before I moved to Germany.

When I left for Germany, I turned my School in North Carolina over to him as I felt he was a complete Jiu-Jitsu Practitioner, a fantastic instructor and has the right mindset to run a successful program.

Recently, he was awarded his Black Belt.

So, during my visit home I asked to sit down with him and get his thoughts on our Art and his experiences in it.
