Quick breakdown of a mounted Darce setup. The technique mostly speaks for itself: it is sneaky, unexpected and effective.

But a quick note based on a couple of comments I’ve seen past and present about such techniques. When people see something like this and comment about it being a bad idea in a fight, like a street fight I guess, then yes, probably so. That’s not the context here, though. This is a submission grappling context, possibly even mma although that would be pretty questionable, too. So, maybe before commenting what would happen if this was tried “in da streetz” check the context or even ask if you’re not sure. It’ll save us both some time.

10 Brabbo/Darce Choke Set Ups

In today’s video we show you 10 different Brabbo choke set up’s.In this video these moves are demonstrated by many different people at Long Island MMA including pro fighters: Hugh Mckenna, Sergio Da Silva and Jahsua Marsh as well as LIMMA coaches: Gregg DePasquale, Brent Appiarius, Brian Michelino, Kyle Cerminara, Albery Percy and Justin Vanderbeck.
