<p>White belts are people, too. These options in this video are timeless, they work at every level, and I think they are great to learn early as possible, so that is why I geared this toward white belts / newer people. The main differences in basic and advanced moves are these:<br />
1. The timing it takes to pull it off<br />
2. The degree of simultaneously moving parts required<br />
3. The sensitivity required to see the opportunity</p>
