I recently got to hook up for training and learning from my good friend, hilarious comedian and Marcelo Garcia brown belt, Jamie Kilstein. I asked him if he would shoot a self-defense technique video with me, thinking he would just show a technique. This is what he came out with, and I loved it, because he goes into mindset and philosophy behind training, in addition to showing a great technical consideration. Hope you like it as much as I do.
