Whenever someone asks me how to do a Kneebar, this is what I show to them 🙂

It’s simple, straight to the point, and very effective.

This Kneebar set up became famous when Dean Lister submitted the legendary Saulo Ribeiro, back in 2003 at ADCC.

In the video above I also show some extra options and how to combine it with guard passes and other leg attacks.
