Não estou nem falando só de aceitar desafios no Jiu-jitsu, treino ou competição, mas sim na vida em geral.

Nesse mini documentário chamado “O diário de um master”, mostro um pouco da minha rotina de treinos e o dia da competição no Mundial Master da IBJJF 2024 aos 50 anos.

A mensagem vai muito além do Jiu-jitsu, é sobre o fato de que, independente da idade, você pode continuar a se desafiar.

Qual é a sua inspiração para se desafiar? Bom, a minha é minha mãe @silviacecilialourenco , que aos 75 anos terminou mais uma pós-graduação e em breve completará 78, ainda ativa e trabalhando.

If you caught the 2024 IBJJF Master Worlds, you may have seen the MMA GOAT, Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson, make his BJJ black belt debut in the GI. Demetrious is a legend and has recently retired from MMA. He has been competing in BJJ and has been doing great!

He had a much at Master Worlds where he got caught by a sneaky lapel choke while he was passing guard.
