<p>And the message is about &#8211; welcoming newcomers to the Jiu Jitsu Academy. We quickly forget what it&#8217;s like to be the new guy. And how scared we were when we first entered those doors for our first training session. And I bet more often than not, a big reason for you staying (or not) will be how welcome you feel. We know how much Jiu Jitsu can change people&#8217;s lives. How much it can improve peoples lives and I think there is perhaps a 4 lesson window when people make up their minds to stay (or leave). And we, as more seasoned members of the club can make people feel welcome so they make the decision to stay! Listen to this video as I discuss this in more detail. Hope you enjoy it.
