The Von Flue is one of the simplest chokes in grappling and it is ultra deceptive. If your opponent grabs your head from side control, it’s always right around the corner. The Von Flue Choke was made famous by Jason Von Flue, but has really been pushed into the mind of MMA fans by OSP, Ovince St Preux. He has 4 finishes in the UFC with this move and he is just awesome at it.
