So grab your partner, mum, dog or even your training dummy and try the introduction and video 1 of our partner yoga. We have had great feedback from couples and partners that have tried this program together and you get a great stretch whilst doing it too. Prepare to laugh a lot and enjoy your first yoga class together.</p>
