Never be the dog chasing the car…It is valuable advice I try to always remind students. You never want to chase a position or find yourself in one where you don’t know what to do next. This can be especially frustrating when you have worked hard and accomplished a great arm locking position, but you are having trouble finalizing it. That’s where this video comes it.

There are a ton of ways to finish the arm lock, but this video contains a few of my favorites that I find to be helpful, high-percentage and fairly easy to employ. Among the ones included are:

– Wrist Release
– Pull to Unlock
– S-Mount Switch
– Arm Crush Northside
– Pressure Lock Option
– Arm Crush Southside
– Wrist Push Unlock
– Triangle Choke Transition
– Vice Break
– Arm Drag to Back Take
– Reverse Triangle with Kimura
