<p>This is a short stretching routine for athletes before they do a heavy leg session or start squatting. You can do this at the gym before you squat or do a leg workout.<br />
It will help you stretch your hips, hamstring, quads and calves. Try these stretches before running, squatting or whatever sport you do.<br />
