<p>In this video coach Zahabi teaches you how to create a DYNAMIC butterfly guard game. He demonstrates a key partner drill that will help you develop QUICK FIRE SWEEPS. He also covers the POWER SLIDE and the POWER STACK to help you learn how to generate more power into your sweeps. The POWER SLIDE coupled with the POWER STACK are the key ingredients used by the most powerful sweepers in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu</p>
<p> Coach Zahabi also teaches some very powerful counters  to when your opponents base on the ground and attempt to stop you from sweeping them over. This is a very common counter and Coach Zahabi explains the difference between SWEEPING TO THE POSITIVE SIDE VS SWEEPING TO THE NEGATIVE SIDE. once your understand this concept you will now know when the butterfly sweep is possible and when it is better to transition to the back, triangle or omoplate. </p>
<p> Coach Zahabi also cover the SHOULDER PINCH from butterfly guard. The SHOULDER PINCH is one to the most powerful attacks in the game! Once in the SHOULDER PINCH coach Zahabi teaches counters to the most common reactions you will see from your opponents.
