HARPOON SWEEP BJJ

The HARPOON SWEEP is one of the more creative ways of scoring 2 points for a sweep in an IBJJF rules competition and looks great on your highlight reel.
This video shows the sweep only and finishes with the sweeper in side control. There is also an option to roll for an ompolata on the left arm. It’s a lot of fun to practice in training and feels awesome when you hit the sweep in the gym or at a competition : )

Carl Fisher is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is the chief instructor at Checkmat Wimbledon in London.
