<p>This video I discuss one of my favorite transition which is switching from a single lasso to a fat ankle grip. This is a powerful combo because it allows you to switch from an upper body control game to a dominant lower body control series with the far sleeve. Furthermore it allow to you attack the far side leg which is often the one people struggle against because they are not use to leading with the opposite leg.
