<p>Closed guard can be a tough position to get out of and when your opponent has a dangerous guard, then getting out quickly is important. Many guard players are great at breaking posture forcing you to continue to fight up into a good position.</p>
<p>I have found the &#8220;Log Splitter&#8221; guard break to be a great way to stay safe in the closed guard and also get out of this dangerous position.<br />
