It is better to train 2 x per week for 10 years or 2 x per day for 3 years?
This is an interesting question and it really depends on your goals, intentions for training, age, and numerous other factors. I am an example of someone who has trained 2-3 x per week for over 10 years (over 15 years at this point).

I share some of my ideas on training frequency and some ideas on longevity in BJJ.
