We incorporated some of our gear and reviewed a gun-out #weaponretention called GWRAPS that I learned from Sgt. @dongulla in his outstanding #arrestling course. GWRAPS is part of many department’s curriculum, including ours and SPD’s and is also taught by @renergracie @ryrongracie in the #graciesurvivaltactics course at @gracieuniversityhq. We finished with some handcuffing transitions I learned last week at #seattle PD’s #defensivetactics instructor course. We review material from various DT courses each week.
