For example right when he reaches the arm under for the thigh the person on top can rain down punches and your arm would be tied up leaving the head exploded. Cool stuff for tournaments with out striking. It would be interesting to see this technique tried on Khabib lol.

Well guess what, that's never going to happen if there is "equal pay." Event organizers already have a hard enough time find people to watch and keep then engaged. Statistically speaking you are not going to have as many talented women in bjj as you are men because more men practice it than women. Also men are faster and stronger generally speaking (don't talk about technique please we all know that it's fun to watch fast hard and strong movements).
It's the dilemma with almost every sport. The only reason that tennis is able to get away with this is that they have a huge base of women who play tennis into their old age. You don't find that with other sports.

A human being should be treated as fairly as it can be if possible.

However, I wonder if those female Jiu Jitsu fighters get much attention and generate profits for organizations they fight for as male competitors do. If that's the case, yes they should be paid as well as male competitors. If not, I don't know if it is a fair game.
