It’s not very polite to have your hair in my face, mouth and eyes. I’m an old hat, 43 and been at this shit years ago. Pedro Sauer was a young guy when I was training Judo and BJJ.. but back in the day if you came into where we trained (especially judo) if you let your hair out of control we would use it as one more thing to choke you with.

It never seems to take a whole lot to screw up the knee in general with training, much less having someone isolate it and wrench it in a way it was never intended to go. Much respect to Jones. He enters so smoothly and next thing you know, you’re in a submission.
