Who cares if you smell some damn weed….did they have a joint lit in their mouth was it out in public…did you see it…but did you physically see the weed in his hand or his mouth or on the ground. Even if the bjj/control skills are good it’s fucked up to be harassing him for smelling like weed. Drugs in general should be decriminalized and addressed differently, and weed should be at the bottom of anyone’s concerns. It is less dangerous than alcohol, I hope this officer does this with rowdy drunks instead and becomes less overly concerned with harmless substance.
