When you have someone in a knee-ride or knee on belly they will do one of two things. They will either push at your knee, and this can lead an opening for an armbar. Then others might be aware of this and so they will push you away at your belly. Well, then that just gives you the opening for the Darce. In other words, whatever response they have…you have a submission. All bad choices. Watch this video as I go into detail on both these moves. I know you are going to love them.
