This is week #2 of a 12 week High Intensity Interval at Home Program. We are doing 30 seconds of work with 90 seconds of rest for 9 rounds in this video. If you are just starting join us but do less rounds until you feel you can keep up. Workouts are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5PM.
