Unless I'm with my family I will not comply. I know where I'm going and I'm not afraid to die. I would say most robbers don't have the balls to pull the trigger on someone but if someone happens to pull a gun on me I'm going to pull my gun and if they shoot and kill me well then it is what it is but if they don't kill me you best believe I'm going to shoot at them and I'm not going to miss. One of us is going to die and I don't care which one it is. I will never take the risk of complying and possibly being murdered in cold blood. I will not be a victim, if I'm going to die I'm going to die with a fight. Granted once I have kids or get married that might change my perspective a bit but until then I stand by this.
The only person that should have a good compliance was the dude in the atm with Pablo Escobar and Tony Montana with the cool heads. The motorcycle got should have hit the breaks ans turned left on that street. Hell, you got a helmet into they as and make all you guys fall and get to booking. The last guy had bad luck – you can see on the video, that he parked the bike too close to the kerb, and therefore he could not lower the stand to get off the bike. I suppose the mugger didn't see it, and actually thought the dude is not complying. That's why the bike tripped over, and he got shot afterwards. Lesson learned is – IF you decide to comply, make sure the attacker also thinks about it and does not see you as a threat.
He did get enough help and he did get em thru em, so this didn't end so well for him… What John?? Small stroke?
The last one, I dont know how he could have ended it better, except with better driving skills to try and get away.
When they stole his van at the gas station,,,, could he have shot at them when they were driving off ????
Lat guy did not comply he was stalling and half resisting that's why he probably got shot. 9 times out of 10 it is always better to comply unless you are ccw and you get your chance. Money and cars come and go a life never comes back

They all should have been carrying a piece. Shoot hop a long at least he won’t be riding any bikes to rob anyone. No wonder lots of ppl carry weapons.
In my opinion, the first robbery with one leg guy, they could easily counter and best the crap out of him.
Second robbery in Philly, customer attendant guy could easily counter the guy at the window. But he doesn't have the attitude.
Third robbery victim in Pakistan has no option but compliant.
Gas station robbery also is compliant only option.
Bike robbery also is compliant option.
It’s the Brazilian version of the slot machine… aka the one armed bandit.

In everyone of these situations the victims had very little choices. A defensive tool or two gives you many more options. ?

Would be interesting to have some way of disabling the motorcycle at a distance with a radio signal, that way you can let them take it then have the engine turn off a bit later or maybe lock the breaks on the front wheel ?
One video with two hopping men. The first was garbage; the second a victim. That one on the bike was rough. Not much he could have done.
