Full uniform + plate carrier #workout. The additional 40lbs / 18.14kgs makes moving dynamically very difficult. The plate carrier straps need to be cinched pretty tightly to prevent the plates from moving around. I had to cut off part of the excess strap on my gun side so it wouldn’t interfere with my draw. I think it’s also important to feel how the carrier fits on top of your existing gear, which will also be different depending on if you use an internal or external vest. I hope to one day get to a level of #fitness where I forget that I am carrying the extra weight. Day by day. 🚔🤙🏽 #bellevue #police #alwayscan #oahugrown #aiea #trainweeklyorfightweakly #protectbellevuedotcom
